   Comments: Chief Bryan T Norwood is a great man. He has done so much for the the city of Richmond. Some may not know but he has an organization called the YAPC or the Young Adult Police Commissioners that has been active for almost 4 years now. The group was created to find ways to bridge the gap between the youth and the Richmond City Police department. He created the group because he cares about the youth of the city and he wants to them to see the police as friends rather than enemies. He takes the time out of every week to hear the voices of the young students just so he can help make a difference. That's the man I want as my police chief.
