| 6 | Pam Smith | "These men have abused staff, treated covenants and UK employment law with contempt, disregarded debts to their suppliers, fabricated a bankruptcy filing in the USA Courts and blatantly bullied anyone who has stood in their way: it ill-behoves the Diocese of Chichester to play host to them and their presence here casts a shadow over the mission of the wider church." |

| 8 | Rev John Musson | I value the shop greatly and given the shop being in an old church it would be great to see the diocese take this on as a resource for the laity and clergy. I am sure it would be well used. |
| 9 | Peter Muir | This is a disgrace. Doing nothing is not an option. |
| 10 | Steve Humphreys | Please take action on this! I strongly feel that the church as a whole should have a clear position on this and stick to it. |

| 16 | Rosemary Hopkins | I live in south-west Surrey, and Chichester is somewhere I visit relatively frequently. I miss the excellent bookshop that used to be there. Please do something about this! |

| 20 | Edward Doyle | I used to use SPCK in Chichester quite alot until recently when the stock was down or non existant. I would welcome a change of ownership and would like the shop saved since it provdided an excellent resource for my parish and for my own spiritual well being. Hope things may change for the good.

| 21 | Phelim McIntyre | As someone who loved working in the shop before the disasterous takeover by Mark and Phil Brewer, I support any effort to return it to the hands of effective management. |

| 44 | Mary Bartholomew | The shop has struggled on faithfully to serve the local community as best it can, but I believe that anything that supports the Brewers is doing a dis-service to the local community. |

| 46 | Anonymous | The Brewers have caused enough harm. They are harming Orthodoxy. By allowing them to continue in this great building you are aligning yourself with them. You have a good man managing the shop already so what is stopping you? |

| 50 | Revd Richard Greatrex | As a former SPCK Bookshop manager, I have first-hand experience of the suffering the Brewers put their employees through and the contempt with which they treat customers, landlords and suppliers. Their business ethics are deplorable and the Church of England should play no part in allowing them to make divisive, anti-ecumenical mischief on church property.
Get them out and provide the backing (as for Norwich) for the current manager and former staff to provide a valuable, Christ-centred and well-run ecumenical resource centre. |
