We, the citizens of Chester Borough and Chester Township, petition the Council of Chester Borough to reject the latest plan to develop a pharmacy and bank on the Larison's property. This plan does nothing to attract visitors to our struggling Main Street. It would add continual traffic to an already over-congested and deadly Route 206. We demand The Council entertain other plans that will further help the economic growth of our community.
