   Comments: Our justice system is seriously flawed when it comes to registered sex offenders. When are we going to fight back against these monsters and let them know this kind of behavour is not accectable. When a sex offender registers they need only check in once to let the officials know where they live then they move on. We are surrounded by them every day and we don't know who they are. They are lost in our society. When released from jail they are let out on the honor system. They should have all honor stripped away just like their victims had their lives taken. We need to put a stop to this. If the punishment was harsher than a slap on the hand I think they would think twice before commiting these crimes. When are we going to put the fear in them? They put it in parents and others daily. This makes me so angry I am ranting right now. You all know where I am coming from. Let's take a stand and start fighting back.

    Comments: I share that the legal system failed Chelsea. My hope is that the laws that are in place to incarcerate these animals is followed to the extreme. Laws much be harsher and Judges and Prosecutors must enforce them. Shame on you that let this animal serve a minimum sentence
