Cheaper Septa fares for kids

The petition

Children should not have to pay the same fare as adults on Septa buses. Most people who ride Septa are low-income families with mutiple kids who need to get back and forth to school/work. Point blank there should be a reduced fair for kids not only on weekends!!!!
