Hi LPMI (Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance) should be allowed through Chase Mortgage and HARP 2.0. Our Government came out with a program to help homeowners take advantage of these historically low rates and of all the company's that are involved with HARP 2.0 are allowing LPMI to be carried over or eliminated and Chase is NOT allowing homeowners to refinance and receive the much needed government assistance through the HARP (Home Affordable Refinance Program) because they may be a bit more risk or for whatever there reason may be. Please, sign this petition and truly make living more affordable.
