This is a petition to have charter live up to their contract with the state and cover ALL of Troup County. Please sign this petition if you want high speed internet in your rural home. Lets make them live up to their agreement. The link below shows that they agreed to cover all of the counties in which they are servicing. Pg. 17 shows troup County!
