Name: Ann Dunn on Jul 21, 2010Comments: A tech was suppose to come between 1 an 3 pm today and did not show so I tried calling at 3:15. The automated system would not let me reach a rep. I called back and had to press 0 at least 20 times to get a human. Then I waited on hold 10 minutes for her to find out the original rep was not coming due to some 'medical problem'(yeh right) and that another rep had been assigned the call and would not come until 5:30 or 6! HELLO - they could have called me to say that! Lower your prices since you cannot even provide a decent level of service. Charter is a horrible company!State: VirginiaCountry: United StatesFlag

Comments: It's kind of obvious why I'm here. Charter Internet provides a very slow, unstable Internet "connection" and charges people more $ than other companies. It's 2011.
