Comments: Keeps breaking down in the area, promised service that was never received/working. technicians keep doing the same thing over and over, replacing all the splitters, but problems persist. finally coming to give us a new modem (which i'm sure was the original problem) but can't for another day. worthless company with terrible support and they enjoy charging extras for every little thing.

Comments: I'd like to type out the ridiculous 3 hours I just spent dealing with Charter, but I don't see the point. The same story can be found all over the internet. Suffice to say, I have no idea how these people can call themselves a communications company when they clearly lack the ability to communicate.

Comments: A tech was suppose to come between 1 an 3 pm today and did not show so I tried calling at 3:15. The automated system would not let me reach a rep. I called back and had to press 0 at least 20 times to get a human. Then I waited on hold 10 minutes for her to find out the original rep was not coming due to some 'medical problem'(yeh right) and that another rep had been assigned the call and would not come until 5:30 or 6! HELLO - they could have called me to say that! Lower your prices since you cannot even provide a decent level of service. Charter is a horrible company!

Comments: It's kind of obvious why I'm here. Charter Internet provides a very slow, unstable Internet "connection" and charges people more $ than other companies. It's 2011. I should be able to buffer a YouTube video. Switching to ATT Internet where I can get 6Mbps for $40/mo.
