Charter Communication HSI California Slow Speed

The petition

Charter Communication has not been providing quality High Speed Internet Service in many areas in the state of California. The purpose of this petition is to gather information or find out just how many people are being affected. I would like to gather enough signatures and pull people together so that Charter Communications understand the urgency of this issue. I believe many customers are being told that Charter is aware of the issue and work is being done to fix it but it would take 2 to 3 month. I would also like to use this petition as a means of holding Charter accountable for their claim of 2 to 3 month. If the problem still persists after the 3 month period, I would like to bring this to a Class Action Attorney.
