WE, THE PEOPLE, DEMAND: 1. A vote for all persons aged 16 and over; 2. A government that protects our liberty by adhering to international law, respecting our right to freedom of thought and expression and upholding our civil liberties; 3. A government that actively engages citizens with democracy by listening to and valuing their opinions; 4. Greater efforts to tackle prejudice and encourage tolerance; 5. That measures be taken to ensure our environment is protected, to include full implementation of the Kyoto Treaty and investment in renewable energy; 6. Increased investment in community projects and facilities.
