We, the undersigned, call from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg City Council to deny Rezoning Petition 2012-091. We, the residents of Catawba River Plantation, are against Rezoning Petition 2012-091 due to concerns of increased crime,trash, car and pedestrian traffic as well as decreased home values.
