   Comments: This is an egregious miscarriage of justice. What could be the justification of such of sentence for Mr. Fackelman, who hurt no one? Did Mr. Fackelman have competentt counsel? And how could a man who ran down kids in a car, killing one, be only sentenced to nine months? Was that considered vehicular homicide?I Was there any proof that the kids even threw a bottle out? Proof that it hit the car or driver? Was it found and brought into evidence? If the sentencing judge found the driver's story "ridiculous," how did he end up with a sentence for a misdemeanor?.     Comments: I think the teenagers shouldn't get away with the things they do such as harrassing people. I was harrassed by teenagers for 19 years and then had a 6 year break and for the last year and a half it started up again. Now I just ignore them.

    Comments: I went to elementary with Charlie and high school with both Charlie and Stevie. Nobody in this situation are or ever have been harmful or a danger to anyone. If anything, they are too nice. Please let Chuck out early, he lost his son and now his family has to deal with everyday life, not only with their brother/son dead but their father/husand in jail for six years. The justice system isn't so justice anymore....
