Name: Susan R. Anderson on Mar 9, 2008Comments: I have spoken to Charles personally, I know he feels bad for what he has done.He isn't a bad person he is a father in pain, I know ,I share that pain. the only difference in Our case Bushen vs Goodin is that Goodin did serve time for leaving the scene of the accident that he caused one died ,my son Jeremy, and 4 others were injured. Our case was about a look of the truckmy son was driving and the fact that a passenger used her middle finger. Mr. Goodin had other felonies and a juvenielle record the only thing he served for was leaving the scene. yes they gave him 4 yrs. for the death of my child but they combined all the felonies together and leaving the scene was 5 yrs so this was what he was sentenced to but doubled for being habitual, he was up for parol in 18 monthes we hadn't even settled the civil suit or been to court. the civil suit was done the fall of his fourth year and he was released on the fifth anniversary of the admitence to jail/2 yrs. parole. On March 18 2008 My child will have been gone 7 years. I can tell you the pain and psycological part is something that is the deepest pain I've ever been through, I'm still under a doctors care and the amount of medications I was on for his trial should of had me in an ozone, but he dead simply ststed because Goodin did not like the truck he was afraid of it It was a full size dodge Ram PU on an expressway. driving along with the rest of the traffic as Mr Goodin weaved in and out of lanes trying to stay close so that my Son was "clearing the cars in front, si he could make the date with his parents on time" Their anniversary will never be the same . St. Patrick"s day will never be celebrated in my home and March 18 , when he officially died after under going brain surgery , and started to become paralyzed, my 6'4" child , died 7 hours after his accident. He was a driver since he was 15 and younger if you count tractors on a farm, he was given this priveledge to take me to the rehab I was under going after the drunk driver had hit me five years earlier. He was very experienced and I rode with him often. I had to ID my child by a birth mark on the bottom of his foot, he also was an organ donor they took his corneas , when he was buried in April we recieved the letter telling us they were too damamged also to use. He didn't just take my son life that day but friends ,families and neighborhoods changed. Now think if I can be this upset after 7 years ...well the anger we control with help , the going on , is tough, but with family and alot of friends we do go on , we just don't forget that special little man that God Granted us for a few years and memories to help us through. I can not see him seving any more time for what he did than a man who took 5 chidren on the scar of a lifetime that left the permenant pain to all. Please reconsider and take to heart you are a Mom , what if it was your child, we would all hope that the law would do us justice, but when it comes to our children justice doesn't happen until the real judgement day. no offense meant to any one, but that saying until you have walked in their shoes , don't judge them really does fit this incident. Thoughts and prayers to the families.Flag

And as for Randal Krell, he is heartless, and i hope he realizes what comes around goes around.Flag
