| 3307 | Michelle | I heard stevie and her dad on 92.5 last week and I can't even begin to think of how hard her life is going to be and how distroyed the Fackelman Family is my god I can only pray that he gets the help he needs and let him out of jail my god and the more I heard about this the more angry and upset I become how can a 45 year old man justify chacing a car full of kids He had a cell phone with him because he called 911 from the scene and to show no remorse what so ever. This man destroyed two families and got a slap on the wrist Chuck lost his son and his right frame of Mind I can only pray that I am never put into this postion that the Beale and Fackelman families went through because I don't think I would be able to walk away |

| 3316 | Anonymous | This is a case of a loving father who was grief stricken...his sentence is completely unjust and someone needs to make it right. He needs to get the help he deserves to show him how to deal with his childs death...Any parent should be able to understand that. I just don't understand how you can kill someone and get a 9 month sentence (only serve 6) yet a mistake that caused no physical harm brings a sentence of 6 years?!? It really makes me question my faith in our justice system. |

| 3318 | CYNTHIA ROACH | THIS ACCIDENT INVOLVED MY NIECE STEVIE BEALE. SHE AND OUR FAMILY ALONG WITH THE FACKLEMAN'S HAVE GONE THROUGH 2 YEARS OF TORTURE. FROM THE FIRST DAY I SEEN KRELL IN THE COURTROOM HE HAS SUCH A SMIRK ON HIS FACE..IT WAS SHAMEFUL. HE STILL CONTINUES TO DENY HE HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG OR HARMED ANYONE. HE IS OUT FREE "WALKING" AND LIVING HIS LIFE. MY NIECE HAS MADE GREAT STRIDES IN "GETTING HER LIFE BACK AND ADJUSTING TO HER NEW NORMAL. I AM SO PROUD OF HER AND IN MY HEART I KNOW GOD CREATES MORE STEVIE BEALE'S IN THIS WORLD THAN RANDY KRELL'S. LET'S HELP MR. FACKELMAN GET NEAR HOME AND RECEIVE THE HELP HE SO DESERVES. |

| 3327 | KARI KLEM | All if you are in my thoughts and prayers...I also heard this story on 92.5 FM but I am also and person who lives in Bedford township. I have 2 boys growing up in this community and it makes me sick to know that if something happened to them in this community that the person going to court to be punished may not be punished at all. |
| 3328 | Andy Hoge | |
| 3329 | Olivia C. Herrera | Gov. Granholm,
I pray that you would consider all aspects of this case and put yourself in the position of Charles Fackleman. What would you do if this was your child? How would it affect your life? How would you be able to handle this horrific situation? To lose someone so close to you, whom you did everything with (hunting, fishing, just hanging out together, etc.), how would you feel. How would you feel if the person who caused it didn't serve enough jail time for his actions (Randal Krell). How would you feel if the person who caused the accident turned out to be someone in the community who dealt with children because of his position? These are just some of the questions that many ask.
Then you need to ask yourself what would do in this situation? Would I go crazy? Not really be in my right mind.
Please consider what the whole family has already gone through. A wife without a husband, kids without a father, and other family members without two loved ones (Charlie and Charles). Not only the loss of spouse and father support, but financial support too. There aren't too many fund-raisers families who go through such tragic situations that do eventually need help in a monetary way.
Please again I ask you to consider and seek God for guidance in this decision. Thank you. |
| 3330 | Lynn Kokocinski | I think his sentence is a joke! Sure let the guy (Mr. Krell) out of jail, he is the one who should be in jail forever. Mr. Fackelman did what any parent could possibly do under the circumstances. |
