| 3260 | Larry Roberts | the punishment is greater than the crime. I know how it feels to lose a child and the judge should have been more leanent and taken the lose into consideration. |

| 3265 | Janet Mitchell | I hope your petition works and that you get Mr. Fackelman out of prison and get him the help he needs. |

| 3267 | Michelle Guess | I think it is RIDICULOUS that the courts would give the man who caused or at least attributed to the death of Mr. Fackelmans son---less than a year--and to give the man who lost his son--5 years!!! What was that judge thinking?? I know it is not right what he did--but has the judge ever heard of temporary insanity??????? |

| 3281 | Tim Meers | Sir,
Please reconsider Mr. Fackleman's sentencing -- getting some mental health rehabilitation and time served sounds so much more reasonable than 6 years. |
| 3282 | john p novotny | I agree Charles did a bad thing,,but,,under the circumstances who can blame him? He could have done alot worse things,,,please reduce his sentence and get him help. |
| 3283 | Mark Ashcraft | Only in our state of GA. would something like this happen. The justice system is "out of whack". Please reconsider this case. What if it was your son/daughter? |

| 3288 | Linda Blake | The law and sentencing in this country needs revised and the crime should match the punishment. |

| 3291 | Anonymous | This is ridiculous. I have thought that from the beginning when I read about it. Fackleman probably shouldn't have gone to Krell's house, but I would have probably done the same thing had it been my son. I'm sure that when the boys threw the water bottle that it scared Krell, but the lengths he went to were unbelievable. He caused a death and paralyzed another kid and he only gets six months. What the hell is wrong w/our justice system???? |
