they are all paying the price!! ENOUGH!! |
| 3208 | Kara Ayers | This is a perfect example of how our justice system is corrupt! Mr. Krell should have received mroe time that what he did and should have served way more time than he did. Mr. Fackelman deserves justice! |

| 3233 | Jason A. Gray | Chuck needs mental help to cope with his loss caused by Mr. Krell's lack of judgement. I can't imagine the pain that has been inflicted on him by Mr. Krell. |
| 3234 | Gary Scott | |
| 3235 | Joel A. Brickner | It seems to me that Mr. Krell was legally and socially protected, even after telling one lie after another, because he has had high standing in the Bedford community as a former school board member and other community involvement. Mr. Fackelman, on the other hand, is just a simple person who is a husband and a father and works hard to provide for his family. The legal and social service systems should share the blame for not getting Mr. Fackelman the help he needs while grieving powerfully over the loss of his son. I wonder how any of us would do emotionally if we had lost our own child to such a tragedy. |

| 3245 | Randy Warner | This is a true miscarriage of justice. |
| 3246 | Rosalie Boyd | The other man caused a death. This sentence is
too much for the grieving father. |
| 3247 | RC Schlagheck | Just another example of the system showing compassion for the criminal and none for the victim |
| 3248 | Bill Morris | Let no more harm come to these families please. |
