Strict punishments and charges to be brought in for bullies who have played apart in ending a child's life through suicide, its about time that something was done. Every year a child commits suicide through being bullied but yet the bullies seem to walk away from it all to live there lives.I'm asking you the people to sign this petition for charges to be brought against these cowards who think it is OK to bully another person so much so that the victim ends there life.
