Name: Richard And Jenny Levine on Sep 14, 2010Comments: We much support the Crossing Project as a planned future residence and altenate to leaving Chappaqua when downsizing as we will have to do in the near future. As large homes and taxes become prohibitive to couples near retirement this will provide an excellent location of choice to all such Chappaqua residents in that catagory. Unlike a total business property, the increase in residents should have little impact on congestion as there will be no massive entrance or exit periods. We much hope this project is allowed to proceed and have entered our names as potential purchasors.Flag

Name: Joyce Smart on Sep 16, 2010Comments: This is a good project that will do much for the Town of Chappaqua by putting new faces and a diverse group of well meaning citizens in the area. With a good Board and a detailed screening process, it is my belief that there is no need to be concerned with the diversity of the homeowners that will be occupying this project. I hope this project come to fruition.Flag
