Luckily, the Academy has finally added a Viewers’ Choice slot in the nominations for one additional actor—provided they can get 25,000 signatures in support. So we are hereby petitioning the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to include Channing Tatum as this year’s Viewers’ Choice nominee! He starred in four films—10 Years, Magic Mike, The Vow and 21 Jump Street—which collectively earned almost $500 million dollars. 500 MILLION DOLLARS! Although Magic Mike was the most buzzed about, it was his starring role in the indie coming-of-age reunion flick 10 Years that stands the best chance of getting him on the list.
