Staff members, like Moderators, are NOT required to stay in this chat. Creating /ch derp will increase the efficiency of Mods helping newbies in /ch ooc, which is designed to help players. It will also prevent some members from not being able to hear vital OOC announcements if they were forced to leave beforehand. It should be enter-at-your-own-risk channel, but racism, sexism, and offensive things should be kept off that channel.
