Only to the Government can do it. 2 All hospital who get Government funds, must all work together to help those who are sick. 3 Have bullet proof boxes, walls, doors, put in all public entity, and businesses, for safety towards gun attacks. 4 Have all businesses and entities, give the consumers document that can help them make a better choices. Hospitals, Courts, and 24 hour businesses where staff can help. 5 Have the courts give 2 pretrial, one with Public defender and one with Private lawyers.
