T-Mobile cuz they turned off my my service because I couldn't pay my bill and I got doctors calling and there's no way for me to get to my money or card but I don't think it's fair for them to completely shut you off especially when boost will leave you one even after you don't pay you will receive texts and phone calls but can't give it out
