It doesnt matter if your 12 or 22, if you do a crime that deserves jail time then you should get it. If you commit murder or drink and drive you should liable to the full extent of the charge no matter of age. Whether you are 12 to 15, you know what your doing and what your capable of doing. There is no excuse!!
