VRAP has many many problems. Most of it is a problem with the way the bill was written. This has hung many vets out to dry for money for school.They will not pay unless you are enrolled in full time. Many of the approved applicants for the program will not be allowed the full benefits due to the fact that many of us do not have enough classes for the semester to be enrolled full time. Please sign this petition to forwarded to Congress to make changes to this new bill.
