Homeowners, are you tired ofthe ineffective Board Members of the Langham Creek Subdivision? Are you tired of initiating contact with Board Members and theAssociation with no response to your concern--not even a courtesy email to state they are looking into your matter? Are you tired of the smoking and drinking at the neighborhood park because we have NO patrol officers assisting in keeping our neighborhoods safe despite the monthly fees we pay for this service? Are you tired of paying over $1,700 annually in townhome fees without even a community sign that we've been waiting on now formore than SIX years, Or a professional landscaping service that provides more than a mowing of the grass? Aren't you tired of people parking their personal vehicles on the community streets making it impossible for you to drive down the narrow streets of the community without hitting their cars, because they choose to NOT park in their own driveways?Are you tired of Homeowners and Renters not keeping up their yard Mainteance? Are you tired of the monthly fees raising every year with no physical changes in the community? Are you tired of the Board Members talking about a community pool, when there are so many other concerns in the community that are not being addressed at these monthly Board meetings? Are you tired of the Board Member's failure to communicate effectively regarding the community concerns and issues?

We as a community are TIRED of the ineffective Board Members of the Langham Creek Subdivision.They have been in office way too long, and we as a Community are asking them to step down and resign their voluntary positions that they have been holding by name only, and allow a more effective Board Members presence to take precedence. Our community has educated and very professional individuals whom want to see change in our community, and are willing to be the change this community needs in order to grow.We only see or hear from the Board Members during election time; when it is time for a vote and enough is enough. Please join me in this CHANGE for a new Community NOW! Thank you
