Dear President Peevey,

At 11 am on October 23, 2014 Ms Priscila Moreto, a 67 year old San Francisco City worker was struck and killed in front of City Hall.

The police investigation found that Ms. Moreto was in a clearly marked cross walk with flashing yellow lights when she was struck by the tour bus moving at 5 miles per hour.

The Police investigation also found the driver of the tour bus that struck the victim was focused on showing the City Hall to his passengers instead of the road.
