The UCI management have repeatedly failed to act on doping over the years and continue to fail to fully acknowledge their responsibility in the matter. Both Pat McQuaid and Hein Verbruggen continue to bury their heads in the sand over the matter. Please sign this petition let them know that there is now a groundswell of support for a change in the management and governance at the UCI.
