We need to change/update the Rules and Regulations that are currently outdated. 1. We should have the right to landscape our property the way we want without getting approval from the association! 2. We also want to add rooms in our garages.. Since our economy is in crisis , our families are forced to live with each other. We need to have the right to enclose our garages to add extra rooms for our family. 3. We also have the right to drive golf carts in our neighborhood.
