I think that we should change the way you draw the lottery, instead of one draw for £xxx what we should do is create a pot system where by once the pot gets to a million it is capped and another pot is created, and once the second pot reaches a million another pot is created and so on and so on. However this does not mean you have to by more tickets it just means there are more draws so for example if you have 7 pots of one million then there are 7 draws so one ticket would u give you the opportunity to have 7 chances to win a million and if you think about it, instead of 1 couple winning 7million, 7 people will win 1million. Which is 7 holidays, 7 new cars, 7 mortgages paid off, 7 parties. which will improve the economy greatly. so if you agree sign up for the petition!
