The manager whose name is Ben is in constant abuse of his position of manager he does not show us the Tenants proper respect and dignity and believes because he is manger he may speak to tenants in any manner he pleases. He acts in an unprofessional manner and does nothing to fix the tenants problems. His actions are not acceptable and a change of management is needed.
