Request the Town Clerk of the Town of Berkshire, New York to place the following question on the November 2012 ballot. "We the undersigned registered voters of the town of Berkshire, New York amendment to the town local law to allow the establishment of a Farnhouse Brewery to be operated within the town according to the laws of the State of New York".
