First and foremost, the people of HotS and their supporters would like to ask once and for all for Blacklight PMK's to be introduced into Wurm Online. This one action would allow HotS the equality and security other kingdoms present on the PvP servers currently enjoy.

If this is not possible or not desired by the management, the people of HotS and their supporters would like changes made to the leadership system. At this time, there is no mechanic to stop an enemy kingdom interfering in the process of the leadership challenge involving the HotS dueling ring.

Only one HotS character, having been in the kingdom for a certain time period (~3 months?), is needed to initiate the challenge. If this person is backed up by an enemy army larger than the Emperor's defenders, that enemy kingdom may effectively hold control over the leader of HotS. As HotS is the only kingdom on Chaos with this mechanic, we believe this unfairly and unjustly punishes those who choose the Blacklight as their kingdom.

How this is achieved would be the managements decision ultimately, though this petition would like to make one suggestion:

Disable enemy kingdoms ability to target HotS players inside and within a 50 tile radius of the ring during and for 2 hours after a challenge event. This would prevent enemy combatants interfering with the process and influencing the outcome.

Decisions about HotS leaders should be made by HotS, no compromise.
