Mother at the time of birth was 16, the father was 18...the maternal grandmother would not let the child have the fathers last name. We are petitioning for the child to have the fathers last name, the mother & father are together and have been since childs birth. The mother turned 18 on 2-6-2012. We need to know how much this will cost to have done.
