Name: Marion Sinclair on Oct 20, 2009Comments: Chambers is a flagship publishing company in Scotland, with a name that has both iconic and historic resonance. We believe there is a viable business there and that efforts should be made to retain that business in its Edinburgh position.Flag

Name: Edwin Moore on Oct 20, 2009Comments: Chambers has been a mainstay of world reference publishing for many, many years - the history of the firm is also part of the history of the Scottish Enlightenment, and it will be a very sad day if the Chambers office closes in EdinburghFlag

Name: Malcolm Burns on Oct 20, 2009Comments: Chambers should keep its Scottish roots alive - the company comes out of the Scottish Enlightenment and has made a contribution to imprvement of the human condition. It provide the kind of jobs which are essential for a decent civic Scotland. We want the publishing industry in our country to flourish. I support the campaign.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Oct 20, 2009Comments: There are fewer and fewer publishing houses left in Scotland - we must do what we can to retain this publishing house. I know and have worked with many who work for Chambers in Edinburgh - they are in my opinion the creme de la creme of Scottish reference publishing.Flag
