We, the employees of Collections Group Canada, affirm that:
1. Employees deserve paid vacation time
2. Employees deserve prescription, dental, vision and chiropractic care
3. Employees deserve a fair and balanced process for mediation of conflict with other employees, supervisors and management
4. Employees deserve fair and balanced Management, who strive to treat all employees equally and with respect
5. Employees deserve a living wage above the poverty line, and are asking for wage increase minimum of $13.50 an hour, based on tenure
6. Employees, in the event of illness or bereavement and subject to appropriate documentation, are entitled to 10 paid sick days per year
7. Employees with tenure and seniority to be given shifts on preferential basis, including first choice of requested days off
8. Employees affirm that there are ONLY reserved work spaces or NO reserved work spaces
9. Employees are entitled to employer sponsored pension plans
10. Employees are entitled to time and a half for all paid holiday days, even if this time is given as days off in lieu of time worked
11. Employees are entitled to fight, dispute and rectify dismissal
12. Employees deserve functioning and properly maintained equipment and software
13. Employees deserve unilateral access to handicap facilities in all areas of the work environment in accordance with AODA guidelines
14. Employees deserve a fair, balanced, and impartial Workforce Manager to assign vacation days, requests for time off, and work hours
15. Employees deserve access to a senior trained supervisor on every level of the facility at all times
16. Employees deserve to be paid on time, in accordance with a regular pay schedule that shall not occur greater than 16 days since the last actual payday (not the theoretical pay day on our paystubs)
