I've been busting my butt this quarter to go above and beyond the minimum in all my classes. But I feel like I don't get any reward for my extra effort. This sort of thing is the reason college takes bright, talented, motivated individuals and turns them into bored, unambitious, drones. Don't let the system get you down!
