    Comments: Hi, I have been deferring stock options of over $400K since March 2000. At the time I thought I was lucky since I exercised in March 2000 and hence qualified for deferral. Most of my colleagues who exercised their stock options prior to February 27, 2000 were bankrupt in 2001. In a way I think it would have been better for me to be bankrupt in 2001, because I was young and single and did not have any property. Now with a family of 3 kids and a home I am worried sick. Thanks for all your efforts in bringing this to public attention and hoping for a quick and sensible resolution to this issue. Regards, Ajay
