The petition

Eliminate Canadian cell phone SYSTEM ACTIVATION FEES ($6.95) / month. Why do we have to pay to access the provider's service when we already pay one of the highest cell charges in the world. Why do Bell Mobility, Telus, Rogers, Fido have to make more money than they already do?
This is not a tax, it goes directly into the pockets of these companies. What do we get in return?
