Name: D Adamson on Jan 23, 2008Comments: Does Mr Letford ride around on a soaking wet carnival horse at midnight to bring in the new year or does he sit patiently on a dark dockside awaiting the glorious sweet tones of ......A FOGHORN!!!, I think not. Get rid of him (sooner the better) and bring back some decent celebrations in the city centre of Dundee, like so many things in life now, its a complete joke!!Flag

Name: Tony Walker on Jan 23, 2008Comments: there should be hogmany celebrations in city square , the town centre is now rubbish , and is now a no go area due to the carnival being taken over by young neds , and closing early bring back the celebrations they used to have , it would make the town centre more of a famliy event at hogmany.Flag

Name: MARTIN MACGREGOR on Jan 23, 2008Comments: I agree that we should have someting her in Dundee.. Why should we have to go to Glasgow or Edinburgh, when we could go to city square. There were plenty of people out for the switching on of the Christmas lights attended by Mr Letford. Let the people decide and, lets celebrate in style.Flag
