Name: Caitlyn Heymont on May 8, 2007Comments: She did not make an honest mistake. She has continuously blatantly flaunted the law and clearly believes that it does not apply to her. She is not being made an example of, she is simply finally being held to the standard of the populace. Please don't allow her to excape it - again.Flag

Name: William Law on May 9, 2007Comments: I believe Paris should do the time if for no other reason than getting advise from someone other than her high price atty. besides, why is she driving anyway when she drinks and does drugs with her money, have her body guard take her places.. Paris, hon, you do the crime, you do the time.... And what's up with this pardon B.S. what a joke.. just how special do you think you areHopefully a month in jail will get your head out of the clouds...Flag

Name: Pat Williams on May 10, 2007Comments: It is foolish enough to even consider her a celebrity but a further slap in the face if she is excempt from the laws of the country simply because fate placed her in a wealthy environment when most normal, hard working citizens have to face the consequences of their actions. Double standards are not fair and will be remembered come election time.Flag

Remember your flag salute.."And Justice For All" The people of the State of California deserve at least 45 days of relief from I don't do rules, probation ignoring, convicted drunk drivers. Probationers who continue to ignore their resposibilities both behind the wheel and to the Courts, should be entitled to a little fieldtrip and extended sleepover with the Sheriff's Jail Detail.Flag

Name: Eileen on May 10, 2007Comments: If it were me that had done this I would certainly have to serve my time. She is no better than I am regardless of her wealth or status. One more thing, I wouldn't have done this in the first place as I am a LAW ABIDING citizen. She needs to learn that the law is to be obeyed no matter who you are!Flag

Name: J Blackman on May 10, 2007Comments: Paris and other celebrities have had far too many errors in their judgment, yet are rarely penalized. If I were to behave in a similar fashion, as an average and ordinary citizen with a mundane life, I'd be punished to the fullest extent of the law. It is time that justice is done, and that celebrities, Miss Hilton included, do their time for their crime. And for the record Paris, you ARE being treated fairly, your punishment is what any average citizen would receive.Flag
