Dear Prime Minister Brown,
We, the undersigned respectfully request to Petition for Knighthood to be awarded to British actor, Mr. Christopher Eccleston. While he is currently most noted for reviving a local BBC icon, Doctor Who, we feel that through his many other roles on Television, Stage and in Films as well as his devotion to charity organizations and contributions to worthy causes such as Cancer Research, Aids and Homeless Children would merit such an honor.
For your review, there is an attachment of his work to this emailed petition.
As his loyal followers, we ask that you would consider him for this honor by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth for all his efforts through his acting talents for the last 20+ years. Even though we are a small group of individuals who feel strongly about this, we believe we speak for all of Mr. Ecclestons fans in regards to this matter.
