51 Tawny RollinsFrom BG. Good luck on the petition mama
52 AnonymousMy daughter was born with CDH...I support other /many organizations that hold fund raisers, events, and other awareness causes. If one orgaization has ownership of CDH awareness I believe this would hurt the overall awareness for CDH!

57 Mary-KaySO VERY CHILDISH! RAISE AWARENESS!
58 Laura KatzenbachThis is rediculous and should not be aloud to happen. Why would anyone want to limit the exposure and educatio of a disease?

64 AnonymousHave a grandson born with right sided CDH and Cherubs have been a great help and comfort to my daughter and family
65 AnonymousI believe it should remain a generic term used by those involved with the malady and not copyrighted. We need to stop allowing trademarks on verbs anyway...

74 Darlene SilvermanNo one individual or organization should be allowed to lay claim to the exclusive use of CDH awareness. This phrase belongs to all the families whose children have been unfortunate to have been born with CDH.
75 AnonymousI strongly support this petition as a nurse and a grandma of a CDH survivor.
76 Stephen & Stacie BlayAwareness is essential, as a parent who has lost a child to CDH I would not want to see all the work that many not for profit organizations do be stopped or hampered by a trade mark infringement.

80 Caitlin RobilliardNobody has teh right to "own" the name of a disease. It effects thousands across the world annually - not just 1 organisation. How horribly selfish and disturbing that they would even think of doing this.

83 amber groverMy daughter died of CDH on June 24th, 2008. She lived 11 minutes and 6 seconds. I need others to know the severity of this birth defect. I need others to be aware and to support the research of this horrible defect. I need others to be aware so that our babies live on even after their life is complete.

87 Kimberly LeibeHow can they patent this phrase? If anyone should have a patent on it, it is CHERUBS but how can one organization have all the responsibility of awareness for anything?

91 Misty ShuffI think it is absolutely rediculous that an organization would try to 'own' awareness of a birth defect. I am obviously totally against it.

93 MichelleI lost my daughter to C.D.H. and I was a member of that organization that wants to own C.D.H. awareness. I can't believe people who say they want to help families would do such a thing. What is most disturbing is that so many people are signing this anonymously. This has gone too far again. Thank you Dawn, for having enough strength to stand up for all of us. I can't imagine what you must deal with on a daily basis to help all of us and the personal cost you have paid by dealing with such horrific behavior. Please let me know if I can do anything at all to help stop this.

95 AshleyThis is a childish way to handle things and is completely selfish, isn't the whole point of this is to help people, not hurt them, honestly someone needs to grow up.
96 Marilyn Wiley
97 Marsha WartellThe money spent by this group for an attorny could have been used for CDH research. Whom is this group supporting; CDH or themselves?

100 Chandres PickettOn behalf of Cole Campsey and family, knowing from a common sense standpoint that the responsibility of awareness need not be in the hands of a small group of people, but spread to and through as many as possible.
