6417 Emily FerraroThank you! We lost our angel @ 21 weeks, June 2009, due to CDH...my goal now is to make atleast 1 person a day aware of CDH! The more we educate and make others aware of this devistating birth defect, the closer we will be to finding a cause...and better yet a CURE that will give our miracles a chance to survive! Thank you again!
6418 Amy MintonI support any organization that supports the cause, CDH. But I do not feel that a trademark should be issued for a phrase that must be universal.

6426 stephanie rochonthis is really sad... and will hurt families suffering if they win
6427 Brenda PaganoIt appears Elizabeth has abused the purpose of patenting a trademark. In this case a phrase/a word. The purpose of trademark is to protect an idea that one person has created. Original thought not a common sentence which CDH awareness is a statement used universally to promote awareness, education and research. Breath of Hope is an original thought/name as well as Cherubs. The word awareness is the issue and should not be exclusively used for only one organization. There is Breast Cancer awareness month. Do you see lawsuits against them for using the word awareness to promote their cause. NO! The same concept applies here and the courts should side with Cherubs. When will there be a final decision for this issue?

6448 Heidi PehrsonHow could anyone want to stop the progress of ANY cause that benefits affected children and families? The answer to that is beyond my comprehension. I want this cause to become widespread, and without using "awareness" it is difficult. Charities are supposed to be just that - charitable. Breath of Life, Inc. & Elizabeth Doyle-Propst are being anything BUT charitable toward this cause, and should be mightily ashamed of their actions, attitude and selfishness in this matter! I hope the law decides they are totally out of line in this endeavor, and punish them with fines that go directly to CHERUBS to aid in research and, of course, AWARENESS!!!!!
