CCP must find solution for nonworking launcher problem. 1. Stop ignoring your paying customers forum posts. 2. Rewrite launcher with more verbose logs to identify problems. 3. Start autouploading .patch files to allow users manually patch their systems while you are solving launcher problem. 4. Compensate our time/money loss via ingame SP's distribution.
