We, the undersigned Claremont voters,do hereby request the Claremont City Council and the administration to conduct a statistical update on our property assessments according to NH RSA 75:8. We cite our declining property values due to market conditions as our reason. We urge you to cut non-essential spending. We pay high property taxes and yet, our roads are deteriorating and are causing maintenance issues to our vehicles. We request that you repair and/or pave our roads.
