We - the current franchisees of Cookies by Design have issues with the Commission Junction program and want it terminated immediately.
Following are just some of the issues:
1. It has not been proven that these orders would not have come to us anyway.
2. This program is too expensive for the franchisees.
3. It has not been shown that DCI can legally impose this expenditure on franchisees.
4. Accounting procedures used in billing to franchisees are questionable and un-verifiable.
