01 | after reading naomi wolf's "End of America", i'm afraid standing still is losing ground ,in the neo-totalitarian u.s.a. we need to use the principles of kwanzaa to restore the sustainability of our families, and our communities , and counter the effects of extractive capitalism.

01 | I think the CBC remains a useful advocacy group. Of the 7 issues I believe Legislation is on file for 5. Am I wrong about that?
| 663 | 01 | I have served this country for twenty years and twenty nine days as a Green Beret of the 1st Special Forces Group. I’ve worked for the white house communications team for three of those years. I am a father of three and dedicated husband. I am active as a grassroots participant of the African American community, thus it deeply saddens me that at this juncture and time in our history, that the Congressional Black Caucus would not put their full weight behind an African American candidate who personifies, our ancestral blood, struggle, and allegiance to the African American community in this country.
It’s disgraceful that some of you would put your hope in the hands of a white woman before a black man. The United States presidency has seen its share of leadership from whites; I fear that the torch of self responsibility and accountability for African Americans and our historical legacy for change has died. I believe we need to clean our house once again, our ancestors would not approve of your allegiance to everyone but your own.

01 | This is a lot like Dennis Kucinich's platform. He stood up for the CBC, but they didn't stand up for him. His supporters are upset by this.
01 | Dennis Kucinich had your back when you were planning to have your debate on Fox News. JE, BO and HRC didn't. Guess who was on the stage tonight, and guess who wasn't. Why would I trust you to do the right thing, when you couldn't bring yourself to do the right thing with Dennis?

01 | At this critical time in our history... When our future as a Nation is teetering on the edge of becoming a corporate dictatoship.... We need all who struggle for civil rights, for freedon for all to come together and FIGHT! Fight the ones who would take those freedoms. Those that stand silent now and watch are part of the problem... And are helping our enemies. The time to stop it all IS NOW.

02 | Why would anyone in their right mind delay moving against financial tyrants who are leveraged to the hilt and vulnerable to defeat as a consequence of the most powerful, peaceful revolution the world has ever seen, a revolution the CBC could, in fact, lead with great effect if only it identified with power in Truth our nation's founders took against an enemy seemingly much stronger?
01 | Do right by all people!!!

01 | Truth, justice and equality are sorely lacking in this country. We need our elected officials to work for us. There can be no peace until we have jobs, healthcare and honest government.
01 | It is unconscionable that the CBC allowed the South Carolina debate to take place without allowing Dennis Kucinich a place at the table. He is the only one representing our rights. Who does the CBC stand for? David Rockefeller?
01 | shame on the cbc. it should have included Dennis in the debate.

01 | I've been concerned for some time about the dwindling fighting spirit of CBC. It appears too many are concerned with the personal crumbs they receive from the table of abundance. We have no champion for the causes that impact our lives. Our innercities, crime in communities, prolifiration of drugs and employment are issues that they have apparently abandoned. Maybe too many of them are hanging onto the Clinton's coat tails.

01 | Someone in the U.S. government has to stand up on behalf of the American people and support those issues that are vital to the health and well-being of the citizenry. I urge you to be that someone and to take that stand. The American people need your support for real economic and social justice to happen in this nation.
