Comments: The CBC is the voice that helps bind this country forever it needs as much support as it can get. I have mourned it's decline in the last decade.

Comments: The CBC is great, I enjoy programs such as the Rick Mercer Report, The Hour, the hour reaches a generstion of viewers that tends to be overlooked, and hockey night in Canada...The CBC is getting better but it needs better funding to improve it's quality, and produce more shows such as the above mentioned...

Comments: I have been a dedicated CBC listener for 22 years. I find it provides an excellent service to country, it provides a quality broadcast far beyond anything available on commercial radio, and I would hate to see it's service diminished in any way.

Comments: Our national broadcaster cannot be forced into a position of market competition with inadequate resources. More funding (and a re-energized vision from the management level) would help to re-establish the CBC as a nation-building cultural institution.

Comments: It is my opinion that other broadcasting companies are unable to deliver content as well as the CBC. Therefore, Canada should promote the CBC to ensure that future generations continue to receive quality programming. The other guys have poor layouts, bad reporters, too much advertising (on their websites), and not enough variety.
