And even through they found remains of a body at his residence in Kentucky, He still has not been identified or declared legally dead. This gives me no right to his Estate or to the possibility of buring him successfully and putting away the hurt and pain of whether it was his body they found. The investigation is deemed ongoing. However, I feel that possible foul play could have been done to my Dad. I want to sign this petition to support more rights to families of missing people and make others aware that there needs to be some laws changed in the state of Kentucky. |
