This petition is for concerned citizens of walker county and surrounding areas to show the need for rumble strips or a caution light to be put in at the intersection of GA HWY 151 S and Hwy 27. On the 13th of December 2014 my father, beloved by many, was tragically taken from us at this intersection by someone running the stop sign on hwy 151 S that crosses over the 4 lane HWY 27. My father was traveling in the fast lane. Because of my fathers passing I have heard many stories of wrecks at this site and I was told that in the past there was another fatality. I hope that is not true because something should have been put in place then. So please sign this petition if you believe some sort of HWY caution should be placed at this stop sign intersection.
